Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available for people in the Berri region of the Riverland. There is a flat rate of $4.95 or free for orders over $80. If no one is at home, order will be left in safe place
Return & Exchange Policy
For Health and Hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on any of the following types of products unless they are faulty. Items that might be faulty will be reviewed by Stitching Hand
Pickup POLICY
All orders that are for pick up, must have the name of a student or staff member of Glossop High School who will receive the product. If the name on the order doesn't have a member of Glossop High School we will attempt to contact you. If there is no response within 30 days there will be no refund.
